Accountability of all property types belonging to Zeta is important. This aids in ensuring our assets are protected, understanding that physical property becomes liquid assets.

Create a formal process for bequeathing property to international headquarters

An official process to transact the transfer of property from member (individual) to IHQ assists with accountability, utilization and upkeep

Establish clear written guidelines for community and monetization use

Guidelines for how and when the properties are to be used require a formal process for documentation tracking and security purposes

Implement trustee education and training

Understanding what it means to be a trustee and one's fiduciary responsibility as well as how to create and implement a governing structure across all levels
